Service usually pretty good...But the restaurant seems to be out of stuff everytime we go and the salt on the glass for the margaritas smell like feet...Cleanliness behind the bar isn't being done... |

We were told to wait for 15 mts till a table was ready even after making reservation for 10 people for Father's day dinner. We were a group of 10 and they first saw only 6 of us and made a table for 6, when I said there were 10 in the group and the reservation was for 10 people, they said the reservation was only for 6, implying the customer was lying and asked us to wait for another 15 mts till a bigger table becomes available. Then when we wanted to talk to the manager, a short guy claiming to be the owner came and started to argue and give excuses instead of accepting their error and apologizing as any true businessman would do. I guess this guy would know if he had any kind of an education that the 'customer is always right'. He was rude, obnoxious and had no people skills. We used to go to Avanti's at least every couple weeks, that idiot of a manager/owner just lost a group of frequent customers. |
