We wanted to go someplace decent for dinner on 11/30/12.
It had been a long time since we ate at Applebees because our last experience the food wasn't good. Well this time the food was horrible! My husband had riblets that were all bone slivers. I had a sirloin and it was like shoe leather.
We both took one bite of our meal and asked for the manager.
We told him the meal was terrible and we were leaving.
He asked if we would like something else off the menu.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME! We left and will never eat at Applebees again. |

May 8th, was my daughters 16th Birthday and she wanted to go some place nice to eat with her family. Two tables were put together leaving one end open for my nephew who is in a wheelchair. We had to push the tables more so my nephew could maneuver his way in. The appetizer came out the same time our dinner did, which we let side, but one out of the SEVEN didnt come out until 10 minutes later. During this time a dumb blacked headed waitress was putting together two table directly behind my nephew (wheelchair). It was not ruch our 4:45PM and the place was practically empty and they had plenty of room to set up the other two tables elsewhere. Couldnt the dumb waitress and manager look and say "hey, that little guy, might have a probleam maneuvering his way out?" Do they not know how HUMILIATING it was for him, my daughter and the rest of family this was? Not only did the dumb %%$ behind not offer to move, but we had to push our table even farther so he wouldnt hit our table or my daughters chair. And that fake
smile the managers offers his customers is *&^%%%$$ stypid! Both of them especially the manager should have been paying more attention to our situation and not going around shaking hands (manger) and trying to look pretty (waitress) and do thier *&^%^ job. THEY RUINED MY DAUGHTERS 16TH BIRTHDAY AND HUMILIATED MY NEPHEW AND THE REST OF THE FAMILY. This in unforgivable and I will be contacting any and everybody that is related to Unfair treatment and discrimination against handicapped people. They're 16 for heaven sakes! Don't think they wont and we wont tell everyone about this, facebook travels fast!!! |
