Accidentally discovered Brother's while on a rare visit to this shopping center only 5 miles from my home. The food was so GOOD I had to return to have more! However the staff was so ungracious...almost rude, which made me feel uncomfortable. No "thank you" etc. After the first visit i gave them the benefit of the doubt, attributing the "attitude" to possibly a bad day. But when i received the same treatment, even after leaving a generous tip, i was almost insulted. Sad I will not be returning. Management needs to teach employees how to show even minimum customer appreciation. Perhaps Brother's doesn't need or want new customers. |
