Owner/Manager Augie slips in 52% gratuity for party of two, that is not listed on menu. Charges special Local Sales Tax for special customers, 18.74%, where correct amount is 7.375%. Unannounced, blocks driveway and forces patrons to use valet parking on Sunday to gather additional money from customers. Offers patrons open beer in 16 ounce cup while enroute to leave premises, DWI waiting to happen. Food uncooked, requiring multiple re-sends to kitchen to bring it to a level that is fit for humans. Sam's Club, BJ's Wholesale Club and Costco have better food during their sampling days. Owner is rude, obnoxious and unprofessional in how she treats customers and her staff. Last manager quit and opened restaurant in Mahopac NY which advertises excellent and service. Augie interested in not having return customers, only wants their money. Augie claims to donate to charities, but it is the money collected from patrons from fixed raffles that is donated under the name of Augie's Prime Cut. How gets the tax
deduction, not the patron. If you want a better cooked meal, go to Petsmart and purchase their I-D special diet food. |
