My wife and I had been loyal customers here for 20 years until about a year and a half ago when the portions were cut in half. After giving them a couple tries to redeem themselves we decided to go to long creek and also jones in denver, we missed the food here and decided to try them again an to my suprise they seemed to be back as they were in the good days so we tried them again today, the portions sucked, both mine and my sons where no where near worth what they are charging. $41 for 3 people and two of us still hungry after we finished and we are not big poeple. To add to the problem there are smart*ss teenagers working there with no respect and more concerened with each other than doing there job. What happen to the customer being right? It is a shame that some one with such good food has to be run this way. dont know that we will every go back. |

My family and i used to order take-out at least twice a month the take out service is terrible. The fish has been raw, the baked potato cold. they have cut there portions basically in half. We understand that times are tough for everyone. Excellent customer service and cooked food would do wonders for your business. |

I used to buy riverside takeout on weekends, they always seem to leave my tarter sauce out, one night an angry customer came in and asked them if they knew how to count, so when I got to my car, I checked my bag, sure enough my tarter sauce was not their, I went back in and told the teenager that took my order and she all but called me a liar, she said because of the angry customer said he didnt get his tarter sauce, That I came and said I didnt get mine, I havent been back in 2 years and I live less than 5 minutes from their. I will never go back, I now go to long creek, the food and service is wonderful, and the portions is more than enough, my husband and I now have to share a plate because its so much food. Maybe because of the rude teens is why the parking lot is so empty now. |

I used to eat at riverside alot but know when you go you get very little amount of food, and the owner can be very rude if you have a problem, the service is great never a problem with that, and I dont like it when you try and call a order in and the phone is off the hook, so if you want alot of food for your money you should try long creek fish camp!!! |
