I am happy to hear everyone's voice and opinion! I am the valet parker that works for this restaraunt! I have been here from the ending year of 06' and I was not disappointed with the food or the guest! It is not the same wait staff as before..it's not the same food, but with hard work it can be better than it was before. I can make this happen but not by myself. I worked outside taking care of $30,000-$250,000 vehicles to only have customers tip a dollar. Waitstaff, bussers, dishwashers, chef, line cooks, bartender, these are all jobs and in order for them to be executed, they need me to send in the guest. If a car of 4 enjoyed the time they had, why wouldn't the four chip in $4 to the valet instead of $1. We are all a team doing our best to satisfy you all. I have come back for 2012 and i will make Segreto the way it was but better with hard work. I am willing to sit outside and wait for you all to come and enjoy the night. i had never eaten here before hung out at the bar a few times but last night i made the horible mistake of having dinner there .waited 10 minutes for a menu. the only good thing was the humas and bread , everthing else was horible i wouldnt feed this crap to dog im sure they will be gone by the end of the year. |

Reviews by vindictive ex-employees? How about vindictive ex-fiancee's? I was in a 15 year relationship with the chef/co-owner. He's now shacking up with a 25 year old chick who worked there for 4 nights. But the food is good, so please keep eating there so my kids can continue to have a house to live in. |

There are 2 owners at Segreto, my suggestion is to ask to speak to the chef who is a co-owner if you experience an issue with your food. That should solve the problems expressed regarding displeasure with the "manager". |
