We are frequent CB customers. Today our meal was brought out piece meal. There was an error with the way our waitress rang the order up. The eggs and bacon would have been cold if we hadnt eaten them when they were put on the table. The waitress then brought out my husbands muffin and parfait - no granola for the parfait. Still no biscuits or blueberry pancake! Biscuits brought out - no blueberry pancake yet. Everyone was finished eating when I received my blueberry pancake. The waitress apologized and took the biscuits and blueberry pancake off our check. There is no excuse for this type of service - bring out total order not piece here, piece there, piece later, and another piece here. My husband spent 17 years in restaurant business - SERVICE comes first! We will not visit that location again! |
