Stopped in because it said fine food and I thought I would sample some Irish. This is really a local bar which is located in the illegal alien area (one of many I might add!) of Stamford. Noisy & serving very typical bar food with a few Irish specialties thrown in. Beer list is weak, with on Guinness & Harp being served for the Gaels. Really wanted a Murphy.
Although everyone was having a great time at the bar, playing pool, etc.. I really went there for the food, which was just "OK". Go down to Neary's or the Landmark in the city to sample this cuisine. |
