Restauranteur Nicky Rac has a strange combo here. It's an Italian fare with a few Spanish dishes thrown in. This is the site of the old Paradise Grill. Location is nice on the water but you have to go through big time slums to get here. This ain't no "Victor's" but the macaroni is good.	Otto Brenti 01/28/2013	Food
